 Our successful  problem solving starts with a typical flow chart as seen below. Some problems may require more details or modifying our Aim High Process.

 The Aim High Process:

1. Inspection - One of our experienced inspectors will perform your inspection at your home.  Also, a homeowner survey is performed to address the primary reason for your call.
2. Field Worksheet - We put together details from your inspection, and match them with the treatment recommendations that best accomplish your goals.
3. Contract - Your contract will specify the cost for your customized plan of action, warranty and extended warranty options.                 4. Computerized Report-This is your State Board Termite Report given to you and to the state. This document is a combination of your termite inspection, plan of action, and contract.                        5. Sold Jobs -   Coordinated through office team with over 35 years combined experience in Pest Control Industry. Mickie 13,  Anna 4, and Irene 4.                                                                                                                  6. Service Department - Our crews will arrive on time and prepared to complete your job. Prior to finishing our crew will clean job site and walk job with homeowner for quality control and review. 
7. Satisfied customers- Upon completion a written warranty is left with the homeowner, followed by a Quality Control survey call by a Service Manager.
8. Refer A Friend and Earn $50.00! (Ask for details)
**$50.00 check will be sent to you upon completion and payment received from your referral.
